I decided to start this group beacuse I love exercising outdoors and with other people. I know of many people who lack motivation and just need the encouragement to start. The purpose of this group is to find people who love to walk and be outside with nature and take her beauty in. All walkers can choose their own intensity level and stop walking if they feel the need to have a rest- this suits beginners to advanced. Looking forward to walking with you!!!

… So I am hoping there are a few likeminded girls out there who would like to go out and dance for exercise . Of course I dont mind if we meet and have discussions on weight loss , diets etc etc . There is also a lap/small circuit at my local park for power walking etc ( which is how i lost most of my weight ) so maybe a weekly group walk would be a start and help get me motivated again ? Anyway open to ideas from likeminded girls and as I dont have kids we could meet at my place or the small park …

So like so many of you who want to see others have a better life all over the world, I think we would be a great help to one another, as we move toward our common goal, having a whole lot of fun as we go. We will plan to travel all over the world to assist in person, those communities that need our help. We can also share some experiences here at home, by participating in various activities open to suggestion, including walking for exercise on the beach, in the hills, in national park …
