We are a popular and well-established walking group based in Edinburgh, Scotland. The idea of starting this group came from seeing my nutrition clients struggling to break socialising habits which revolved around pubs. Where there is of course a place for socialising in pubs (I'm not a complete bore), the ideal scenario for getting healthy and enjoying it with friends is to take your socialising elsewhere.
