I am looking to bring together moderate to fast walkers for walking Monday-Friday around 10:00am in Valley Stream Park behind Sleepy Hollow Recreation Association. This is approximately a 3 mile loop and is mostly wooded along the stream. There is one large hill coming and going but otherwise flat.

The KOP Fit Club was founded in July 2011 to start a fitness revolution for our church. Now we are looking to expand and help others glorify God with our bodies.
