The KOP Fit Club was founded in July 2011 to start a fitness revolution for our church. Now we are looking to expand and help others glorify God with our bodies. We have a weekly aerobics class and weight management support group. We are also participating in the Girltrek challenge and will walk together once a week. I am forming this group to provide hiking and event experiences that seniors canenjoy and master. HIkes would be Easy to Moderate 2-4 mile hikes on Fridays or Saturdays.. Maybe a nice dinner after or a picnic. I will advise on what to bring based on the hike ( pets, water etc..)
