This is a group for women over the age of 50 who enjoy walking and want to get the most out of it! The group will meet in various locations throughout the Triangle (mainly on paved walking paths, but occasionally on flat, dirt paths), and we'll walk using Nordic walking poles. No experience necessary! I will have LEKI Nordic walking poles available to rent for $5 or you can bring your own.
